enable cookies

how do i enable cookies? i am trying to sign up for
school but when i click to pay it says i need to enable
cookies. i have xp and dont know where exactly to look

Open IE, Click Tools, Internet Options, Privacy,
Advanced. Click the Box "Override Default Cookie
Handling." For 1st-Party Cookies click "Accept".
3rd-Party Cookies are usually advertisements or
material from a site not directly connected with the
one your browser is on. I recommend that clients
set 3rd-Party cookies to "Block".
