Enable Cd Recording

I know you can enable cd recording by right clicking the cdrw drive and check
enable cd recording from the recording tab, but is there a way to enable
recording for several drives. I haven't yet found a way to make sure that
feature is checked for several different drives.

Maybe I need to be more specific. I'm looking for a way to make sure enable
cd recording is enable for whatever CDRW drive I choose without a manual
step. Being that each CDRW drive has a specific GUID turning on "enable cd
recording" through the registry will not work for multiple instances. I
pretty much need a way to turn on that option for several computers without
the manual step a user has to apply.

When you install Windows XP, CD recording is automatically enabled
by default if a CD-R or CD-RW drive is present.

but if you install another packet writing software like DLA, it will uncheck
it and uninstallation does not recheck the "enable cd recording" option.

Services and scroll down to enable CD\DVD burning and turn it on
