enabeling java

i have windows xp and microsoft explorer 6, how could i
enable java? i went to tools then internet options, then
advanced. i couldn't find anything about java there! can
anyone help?

I had trouble playing games at pogo.com because of java
errors. I installed java from this site that was
recomended by pogo's help line and it works well.

You may have a software configuration under which Microsoft is no longer
allowed to distribute Java. That was the result of a lawsuit by Sun.
You might have to use a non-Microsoft JVM, like
http://java.sun.com/getjava/.
