Well thats not a problem for myself. I have a real PAL and Japanese PS2 and I only rip and use the ISO's I own on them...

You are right though should of perhaps mentioned that it IS illegal to download the PS2 BIOS or ISO's unless you own them. It's not just downloading the emulator though :)
