emulating a 3 button mouse

Hello.
Someone told me he thought there was a way in winXP to
emulate a 3 button mouse, i.e. send the same
signal/interrupt that you would get if you pushed the
wheel button. Anyone know of a way or a setting so this
can be done?

Check your mouse setting in control panel. My optical intellimouse lets me
set the scroll wheel to whatever action I like.
