Emulate Win98 programs

In WIndows 2000, how/where do you set it up to emulate
Win98 programs?
 
you are required to install resource kit tools to run the win 98 emulation
 
Start / Run and enter the following:

regsvr32 %systemroot%\apppatch\slayerui.dll

Create a shortcut to your EXE then in the properties of
the new shortcut you'll find a Compatibility tab.
Choose "Windows 98 Compatibility Layer".
No need for the resource kit there.
