empty To: field on receipient side

How can I set in Outlook 2003 and also Outlook 2002 that when I send email to
multiple users that nobody could not see who to this email was sent? In other
words, I want that To: field on receipient side is empty...
 
Use the BCC field for this or use Mail Merge from within Word.
