Empty Recycle Bin

I have Exchange 5.5 with outlook 2000 clients, how can I do to force the
Recycle Bin to empty itself every time outlook is closed?

On user's PC open Outlook. Go to tools - options and then
click on the "Other" tab. Check the option that
says "Empty Deleted Items Folder Upon Exiting"
