Empty "Network connections" folder

Why my network connections folders are empty? If I press F5, appear an error.
I tried with no luck:

regsvr32 netshell.dll
regsvr32 netcfgx.dll
regsvr32 netman.dll

and tried enable services like plug and play, network connections, dcom, etc
with no luck too :(

what's happening?
 
Don't worry I solved the problem uninstalling IE7, then cleaning broken
registry with Ccleaner and registry speedup and finally installing IE7 again.

Thanks anyway
