Empty Deleted Items

When I click Empty Deleted Items, I get a window that asks me if I'm sure,
and I have to click the "Yes". This really is pretty annoying. How do I get
rid of that speed bump?
 
tools > options > other > advanced options > warn before permanently deleting
items

Did you hear that? That was the sound of my palm hitting my forehead.
I don't understand why I never saw that!
I was there in that window at least a dozen times while trying to figure out
how to fix the problem.
