eml message into outlook

How do I import *.eml messages from another email program into Microsoft
OUTLOOK? (not outlook express)

If there's not too many of them, just drag and drop. What other email client
have you got?
 
Hi Gordon,
Thanks - I am using a program Exress Plus from a company Chaos Software.
They have a good PIM called Time and Chaos. I have hundreds of emails in
Express Plus, but I want to stanadise with Microsoft Outlook.

Never heard of it I'm afraid - is there any sort of export function?
