You can certainly import those files into your web site with FrontPage. What
exactly are you trying to do with them, seeing as how they are not supported
by browsers?

Big things are made up
of lots of little things.
They are currently pulling them into PowerPoint and saving them as HTML. The problem is the .emf files are charts that change often and if they could be pulled into FrontPage and just replace the old one a new PowerPoint wound not have to be made.
