embedding .wav files

I have a .pps presentation that I want to send out in an email. I used PFC
(plays for certain) software to insert the .wav files. When I display on the
sound objects, they are still linked to my C drive and I want them to go
along with the .pps in an email. I've tried zipping the folder, but it still
doesn't work. How can I get my .wav files to follow my .pps presentation?
