I am creating a powerpoint that I need to send through email. I need to
embed a sound to go with the file so when teh recipient gets it all they need
to do is open and view the show. I do not want have to send both files. Any
help would be appreciated

PowerPoint will only embed WAV sound files below a user defined threshold.

So you have a few options.
1) Convert the sound file to a WAV file and set the threshold high enough to
allow it in.
2) Use a WAV file faker like RIFF-WAV that make MP3 files look like WAV
files
3) Upload the presentation to a zipped on-line file and just send the link
4) Use PFC Express to email the presentation => www.PFCMedia.com

Personally, I would recommend #4. However, if you need help with any of
these, post back with which.
