Embedding Problem

I have searched and searched Google for the answer to this and have
finally given up and decided to just ask the group. I have problem
embedding pictures into my emails from Outlook 2002. Maybe I am just
missing a piece of information, but from what I understand is that in
order for a picture to embedded and not sent as an attachment, you have
to 1)send the email in HTML format, and 2)Not use the option to 'use
word as the editor'. I have made sure those are the options I am
using. I can send a .bmp picture embedded, but .jpg still sends as an
attachment. Any solutions on this? Thanks!

This is for Outlook 2000, but its principles should work for OL 2002 and
2003 as well. The "Send Pictures From The Internet" checkbox that the
article mentions is at the top of Tools>Mail Format>Internet Format for OL
2002/2003.
