Embedded tables

I often cut and paste an excel spreadsheet into
FrontPage. However this produces pages with a high memory
content and therefore are slow to download. Is there a
more efficient method? It is not practical for me to
create the table directly in FrontPage.

WHat I mean is I cut and paste from tables that have

been produced in Excel and that involve formulas and
lookups etc. which are things that FrontPage is obviusly
not designed to do.
