Embedded Image (sizing)

Hello. I have a form with an embedded picture. All is well. But I'm curious
how to best size the embedded picture frame so that downloads from a digital
camera will fit. Sometimes the digital pictures are huge (probably a user
issue on the camera side) and don't fit in the embedded picture space. And
sometimes the
picture isn't huge, but the embedded picture frame doesn't show the part of
the picture I want to see.

I'd appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.
