Embedded Email

When I have an email file embedded in any email that I receive, I can't open
it. I double click on it or right click on it and select open, but nothing
happens. I have tried going to options> Mail Format> and checked the box
saying "Use Microsoft Word 2003 to read rich text email messages" but it
still won't let me open them. Everyone else in the office can open these
same messages so I know that they work, it must just be a setting on my
computer. Any help would be appreciated!

Uninstall Google Desktop Search.
