Embed Music in PowerPoint & Email

I know how to embed music in PowerPoint, but how do you
get the music to play when it is emailed to someone in PPS
format?

Deja vu...

If the music is truly embedded, it should play when emailed. You might
want to check out "Distributing PPTs - Pitfalls, Panics & Pleasures" from
the PPT FAQ:

or "Sounds/Movies don't play, images disappear or links break when I move
or email a presentation"

David:

Sorry for the double post.

Your suggestion worked perfectly . . . I went to TOOLS,
OPTIONS, LINK SOUNDS WITH FILE SIZE, increased the file
size and ta-dah it worked!

Thanks for your speedy response.

Jill, thanks for getting back to us. I'm glad it worked. No problem
with the double post; I still had the original answer on my screen so I
was able to copy and paste it easily.
