When I try to send an email. It tells me it can't find Windows Outlook. I
do not use this program, I use Windows Live (i.e. Hotmail).
How do I make the programs look for this as my email?

What email program are you trying to use? There's none anymore
named Windows Live, but there are two named Windows Live Mail
and one named Windows Live Hotmail.

There is no program named "Windows Outlook".

To set Windows Live Hotmail as your default email service:
