I have two emails in my in box both with power point
attatchments however I am unable to open either of these
and being a novice am unsure how to rectify this problem.
I use outlook express

You need either PowerPoint, of a PowerPoint reader.

and look in the 'Next 45', for the PowerPoint 2003 one

Best to save the attachments to somewhere convenient. Then use the
Powerpoint viewer, which is free.
