emails won't go to deleted folder

I have a user that when they delete a email it won't go in
to the deleted folder, it just permanently deletes the
email. User is using Outlook 2003.

Thanks for your time
 
Check the view on the Deleted Items folder. Make sure it's not filtered.
Also make sure the user isn't holding the Shift key while they delete.
