emails with WMV attachments come in garbled

How do I prevent emails that are sent to me with wmv attachments fro coming
in as agrbled mime

I would think that's a function of the sending client not specifying the
MIME correctly. Outlook seems fairly strict in MIME adherence.
 
I have the same problem, and it seems only when messages are sent from Yahoo
email.
