Outlook sends many copies of e-mail, esp. .wmv or .pps attachment

When i forward e-mails, esp. those with .wmv or .pps attachments, sometimes
it sends many copies (15 0r 20) and clogs up the recipients' mailbox. How
can I prevent this.

I use Windows XP Professional.

This is a common issue caused by your virus scanner integrating with
Outlook. Disable this integration and try again.
