emails on Outlook?

How can I receive my emails without having to keep pressing "Send/Receive"
every single time, why don't the emails just arrive in the box when they're
sent?

Because you haven't set up a mail polling time so that Outlook can do a
Send/Receive on its own. Without knowing what version of Outlook you're
using, I can't be more exact.
