Emails not received by one recipient, no error message

I have one recipient that does not receive my emails sent from Outlook. They
can receive when I send from MSN or my internet provider webmail. They also
receive if I copy a 3rd party, who replies to all, but they do not receive my
original mail. The recipient in question has a .com.tw address. This
problem has occurred on and off since I upgraded to Outlook 2003.

If your recipient is not using Outlook, then check the format of your email.
If it's Rich Text, change to plain text or HTML. Rich Text is specific to
Outlook so non-Outlook users would be unable to or have difficulty reading
the format. If this isn't the issue, post back with your version of Outlook.

I'm not sure if the recipient is using Outlook or not, can check. However,
the problem has not been permanent. It started after I bought a new computer
and upgraded to Outlook 2003. I apparently solved it by deleting the
recipent from Contacts and Business contacts then re adding. (YThis was good
for several months, so Outlook is not the question their end). I have
subsequently tried this again, but to no avail. I did send again today and
requested a delivery report, whcih I did receive. Need to wait for Taiwan to
wake up before seeing if I get the "read" report.

Try this, open the outlook contact, and right click in the email address
field, choose properties and ensure that the "internet format" for that
contact is set to "let outlook decide" or even "Plain Text". (If the contact
was set to Rich Text, then this may have been the problem.)
