Emails not been sent

I keep getting a message "You do not have any email accounts configured" when
I try to send an email through a third person. When I click on "New" in my
Mail Box I can send and receive emails Ad Infinitum. Yet when I Log On to
another Site I cannot click on "Their" Send Box because the of this warning
message that I get. I accept that I am an OLD Dodderer and some things just
go over my head. But this one confuses me because I am signed in OK. What
could the trouble be? Thank You.

It would be helpful if you disclosed what your preferred email service is.
"My Mail box" doesn't really define it.
