Emails from claiming to be Microsoft

I would like to know just what I'm receiving. I've got a
couple of emails claiming to be from Microsoft that have
attachments named "Installer324.exe" anybody know what
these are? I've done some searching and turned up nothing.

So have I apparently someone is farming email from this
newsgroup to send out a worm.

Do not open these email my antivirus system has detected
potentially harmful code in these.

It is pretty obvious that they are not from Microsoft.
What else do you need to know? Please don't contribute to
the forest fire, just destroy the things.
