Emails disappearing from Inbox

Help - a user is receiving emails and they are disappearing from Inbox a
couple of minutes after delivery. There are no rules set. This has only
occurred since the user started using another CPU.

Please HELP!
 
Reset the view to make sure it is showing both read and unread items.
