Emails disappear from Inbox after forwarding

In Outlook 2007, when I forward an email from my inbox it disappears from the
inbox. This has only just started happening without any settings being
changed. How can I fix this?

You probably changed your inbox view to unread messages. Right click on your toolbar and enable the Advanced toolbar. Use the dropdown to change your view to all messages.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.
