emailing reports

I have a report set up as an order confirmation on page one, and on page two, is a contract. The contract is embedded in an unbound object frame. When I email this report to my customers as a rich text file, page two (the contract) comes through blank. Page one is fine. I can only guess this is due to some property setting in my object frame for the contract.
When I send as a snapshot file, it works fine, but, not all customers can open this. What do I need to do, to allow them to view and print page two?

Mike,

4 possible avenues to explore, all with their pros and cons...

1. Scrap the object frame idea, and build your contract page using
data controls and labels, as applicable.

2. Use a third-party programme such as pdf995 to print the report to
a PDF file, and send this to your customers.

3. Include a link in your email to the Microsoft download site for
the Snapshot Viewer, for those customers who haven't already got it
installed.

4. Check out the sample code in the ReportUtilities at
