emailing pictures from XP

How do you go about e-mailing pictures from "my pictures" folder via another
e-mail program besides outlook express? When you say e-mail the picture it
looks like it is e-mailing it and attaching, but when your in your e-mail
program such as Yahoo or Hotmail or Juno etc.. the e-mail says it has
attached but all there is is text.

Perhaps it is Yahoo or Hotmail or Juno or the destination computer that
doesn't allow these things.
