emailing pictures and word art

I am using Outlook. If anyone could give me suggestions on what I am doing
wrong. When emailing and trying to add a picture from file or using word art
the graphics do not appear in the email after I send it.

One of two things is happening.

Either the person you are sending the e-mail too does not allow html
e-mails. Or the person is useing office 2003 and all the need to do is right
click on the pictures and allow them.
