Emailing grades from excel

I'm looking for an add-in that will do the following, or something
close:

I have a grade spreadsheet where one column is the student's email
address. Most of the remaining columns are quiz, exam, hw, etc.
scores.

I'd like to be able to automatically email all students in the sheet
with all of their grades so that the column headings and the scores
are included. (It makes no sense to send out just the scores, right?)

Of course, options like omitting certain students, adding text to the
email, etc would be helpful, but I'd be pretty happy with just the
basics as well.

Anyone know of anything out there like this?

Thanks.

I think you should be able to do this using MailMerge within Word and using
your spreadsheet as the data source.

Thanks for doing this. I'm going to try it out tonight and will let
you know how it goes. Thanks again.

Hi,

Mail merge from Word works for me with small jobs. This is a big one,
with many many individual grades to report. And, with Office XP, the
mail merge features were changed so that they are very frustrating to
use (for me at least).

I'm trying alternate solutions but appreciate your response.
