I used to be able to send an item directly from word or exel by email. For
some reason I can no longer do so. Why did this happen and how can it be
fixed?
If you have an e-mail account configured in Outlook and Outlook is running,
you can easily send e-mail messages directly from Word using the mail merge

2003, see the information about sending e-mail mesages in http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/word/HA010349201033.aspx. These procedures
focus on sending personalized messages to multiple recipients, but you can
also use them to send a mesage to a single recipient.
