Emailing documents with frames

I have created a document in Word with several frames and a TOC. I would
like to
email this out as an attachment as an electronic newsletter but I can't seem
to be able to email this. When I create the frames (or TOC) it appears to be
opening
another document on top, so I am essentially emailing an empty document
whereas all of the actual content is in a separate one.
Any ideas how to email this? I am using MS Office Outlook 2003.
 
Outlook doesn't do anything to attachments so it must be in the way you have
saved your Word document. You might want to ask again in a Word newsgroup.
