Blank or black window frames

R

Roberto D

I am a new user to Windows Vista Home Prem.
Windows Mail started acting up in the last two weeks. In attempting to reply
to an email, clicking on reply, brings up the window frame for the reply but
there is no format inside the frame. The frame is empty and totally
transparant, OR it is solid black. It comes both ways at different times.
Also, clicking on almost any icon in the top bar brings the same malformed
window; reply, reply all, forward, etc. Can anyone suggest how to fix this?

Windows Vista Mail is not OUtlook - try posting to a group for Windows Mail - probably found under the Windows Vista groups.
