emailing contact listing not one at a time but whole group

I can't figure out how to email the whole contact group of people under a
listing under my contacts. It shows how to do electronic business cards one
at a time but i want all names and addresses under my contact listing to be
emailed to a client. Thanks! Deb Baschke
