Emailing a pic

I open My Pictures on Windows XP and choose a picture to
email but everytime I agree to reduce its size an error
occurs that says
AppName: explorer.exe AppVer: 6.0.2800.1106 ModName:
mipmapi.dll
ModVer: 7.0.0.0 Offset: 00001b4f

Can anyone help me on where I can find the solution to
this problem???
