Emailing a Form

I have a database to send and track work orders. I'm using a form to enter
the data and I'd like to be able to send the work order request form to
another employee who can retrieve the same record "as a form", edit it, save
it, then forward the completed record back to the original sender "as a form".

I have used a command button and created a macro but instead of the form
showing up on the recipients email a MS Word document showing the table
(instead of the form) arrives. I've tried using the different file formats
in the SendTo ? action without success. What am I doing wrong?

The only way to do what you want is to Email them an entire Access file that
includes the form and tables in which to store the data and then they Email
it back to you so you can import the data from it. An Access form cannot
exist outside of Access other than as an image.
