I am trying to send an email and it keeps coming back saying host server error
this is whaThe message could not be sent. The authentication setting might
not be correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. For help solving this
problem, go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Mail", and read the
"I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining
the proper server settings, please contact your e-mail service provider.

The settings you have in your Windows Mail program are not valid.

Let's back up a bit. I get the impression that you are not familiar with a
desktop email client program, and are probably more used to webmail.
If you have an existing email address, tell us the part after the @ symbol,
and we will be able to help you better.
