Hello, I just upgraded to to Windows XP Pro from Windows
98SE. I ran outlook express and the only thing missing is
my e-mails. Where do I go to get them back.

Thank you.

Where did you put them before the upgrade? Did you do a
"clean install" or an upgrade?

By default, Outlook Express stores the email in the Outlook
Express program folder. (XP does a little differently). In
either, you can change the store folder or even the
partition/drive which is better from a security / safety
point.

Look for the previous files that were preserved and note the
folder. Then open Outlook Express/ File/import> and when
you click on the pop-out menu, browse to the folder and
import your previous email, addressbook and such.
