Sunshine

Hi, I am currently using Pa.net as my default mail.
Although I use Outlook Express. Recently when I try to
send some certain emails, (mostely sites) and pa.net. I
keep getting this message.

Could not perform this operation, because you
email client is not properly installed

I don'have this all the time. Just mostley when I am at a
MSN Group, and want to email them, and also can't email
my Pa.net. I have talked to them a few times, but for
some reason they can not figure out what the problem is.
Also When I sign on to the internet, and my dailing page
comes on, when I hit connect. I don't hear all the
dailing sounds, I like this feature because it lets me
know that I am dailing, and can hear a bab connection
before having to wait and see it.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
Sunshine
