Email with attachment won't send

I can receive all email with or with attachments and I can send a new email
without an attachment, but if I try to send an email with an attachment or
with an inserted item (like a contact, etc.) the email won't send.
 
I am having the exact same problem, LesMis66. Have you been able to resolve
the issue? Please refer to my post from today, February 16, 2005. Hopefully
someone will respond and we can both find the answer to this.
