Email will not send

I have Outlook 2003 on WinXP pro OS. I can't get any mail to send out. I can
receive mail from anyone but myself, but when I try to send out, it goes to
the Sent items Folder, but never goes anywhere. I have did a Detect and
Repair and also I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software. I have
tested my account on another machine and it works fine - sending & receiving.
I can send and recevie mail thru the web browser, just not thru my outlook
2003 software. Any help would be appreciated.

If it's in the Sent Items folder, then your outgoing server accepted the
message and the problem is on the server. Outlook is working properly.
