email trouble

i cant set up my outlook express email once ive been through the wizard and set it up i can send or recieve i dont no my mail server
 
If you are using a local based ISP, then I suggest you
call them up. They usually have all this information and
can guide you through all the settings.

Give it a try.
 
Go to your ISP provider for instructions on setting up OE.

If the problem is not knowing your ISP / nail server, take a look at Control
Panel>Network Connections. Mine is named there; hopefully yours is also.
Then go with other suggestions i. e. contact them for assistance.
