email trouble

I have a myway account and live account. I receive email OK, when I click to
send email the "your email has been sent successfully comes up" but no one is
receiving them. This has been going on for a few weeks, anyone any idea how I
fix this please? I am windows xp home edition.
 
Are you sending emails from the accounts' webmail pages or via a Mail Client
(e.g., Outlook Express)?

Can you send yourself an email from either of the accounts?

Post any error messages in their entirety.
