Email "To" Drop Down List

My Outlook contacts are set to Last, First in the "File As" field. It
works that way in the Contacts folder. But when I go to create a new
email and click on the "To" label to get a drop down list, the list is
is first name sequence and it also thinks Mr., etc, is a first name.
Can you get the drop down list to sort on the last name?

It depends on your Outlook version, which you don't state.

When replying, reply to the group.

Click Tools>E-mail Accounts>View or change existing directories or address
books>Next. Select Outlook Address Book and click Change. Select your
display order there. You will need to stop and restart Outlook for it to
take effect.
