email template

I would like to create an email that is a template. I am
getting requests through my website and ads I placed in a
magazine for my Wedding photography business and most of
the requests are the same therefore I would be responding
with the exact same statement many times a day. Cutting
and pasting from word to my reply page is very time
consuming. Is there a way for me to create a standard
message that is placed in some sort of template folder
and I could select that template and it would
automatically be placed in the reply or new message text
field. Any suggestion or ideas in how I might answers
these emails quickly.
 
Outlook by itself doesn't provide an easy way to do this. I'd suggest that
you use WordMail as your message editor and use Word's AutoText feature to
insert frequently used text. A good third-party solution for this is Email
Templates (http://www.emailtemplates.com)
