I'm not sure if template is the right word but is it possible for me to set
up an email template (Outlook 2003), not a document template, so that all I
have to do is open it, attach a file, and click send? The template would have
certain info, subject line, and send to all saved. Is this a feature?

Yes, Outlook has a template feature for this. Turn off Word as your email editor, create a new mail message to act as your template, then use the File | Save As command to save the file as an .oft template file, maybe to your desktop if you plan to use it often. You will then be able to run the .oft file any time you want to create a new message based on the template.
